Bibenda cooks honest seasonal dishes. We use local produce and bring passion to the kitchen. Our young and talented Head Chef Agata Zięba changes the menu seasonally to reflect what’s best right now. Our dishes are always simple yet unexpected in colours textures and connections.
Bar is the heart of Bibenda. We serve signature cocktails using homemade syrups, seasonal ingredients and carefully selected spirits. Cocktail menu changes seasonally. Our team of bartenders know what they are doing so you can always ask for a classic cocktail, local beer, good wine, or a shot. Join us at the bar.
We love local, so we search for suppliers close to us. With some of them we continue to work since Bibenda’s beginnings. We also started our own vegetable garden, so in season we source more and more vegetables and fruit from there. We believe that only the best ingredients can allow us to deliver the quality that will satisfy our and your expectations.
